Hi , just did another oil change 8000kms later. Checked my oil catch can and yes the oil catch can has capture some more oil similar to my old short videos and it works well capturing the unwanted oil vapours.
i went the hard way without removing the rear subframe, the correct way is lower the subframe for better access of the bushings bracket nuts. Lucky mine were not too difficult to remove the nuts just had to be extra patience as the space very tight.
first impression after done some driving and cornering , steering response definitely are so much better than before, the car is just more planted down to the ground during hard cornering. very stable , very sporty feel not too harsh not too soft the car feel just about right. Its like a new car...
ofcourse you can , but you got to have hydraulic press so the job will be alot easier. The easiet way is to replace whole. but you will find it much value and fun if you can replace each of the worn out bushing it self . 😀
Have you guys check you Lower control arms ?? These 2 parts tends to fail at even low milage. Very common to our cars.

it is the same car.. i dont work on other peoples car.
I think one is enough :D
The oils inside the intake manifold isn't too much. but i can confirm it is about 50ml - 60ml of oil accumulate inside the intake manifold after 13 - 14K kms after my previous intake manifold clean up. Maybe Best...
