Typically any larger fastener supply house would not be able to provide individual items as wholesale costs are prohibitive to do so (thus why we have McMaster, Summit, Motion and other parts suppliers).
IMO (and long time Buick fan of old), it's just a matter of time before GM sells Buick to the Chinese (as they're hot sellers there). They're doing the same with Buick that castrated Pontiac eventually.
Strut mounts are a sandwiched/2-ply metal/rubber product. The rubber provides some compliance while the metal keeps it firm.
Any all metal mount will certainly be firmer (harsher?) on the street. I know that AWR doesn't necessarly recommend the pillow-mounts for the street.
