I run Nokian RSI's, and will never buy anything else. I use 195/55/15. A friend uses Toyo Garret HT's and says they are good but I wouldn't ever want to be disappointed or stuck in the mountains so I'll stick with my Nokians.

The sound is gone completely. Of the $250, it was almost 50:50 labor vs parts. (Everything is more expensive in Canada) To install a bearing you will need to press them, so I figured I would just pay to have it done. There is a very good how to by a forum member.

If it changes pitch when you turn left and right its most likely a wheel bearing. Just had my drivers side replaced for $250 at the dealership.
