My brother has a Scion FRS. His automatic transmission is vacuum sealed. Not only can you not check the fluid, you have to have special equipment to service it.
I got the fog lights and turn signal indicator switch of an 07. All the wiring is already there. All I need now are the plastic housings to go in the front bumper.
I also got another drivers side sun visor. Mine would not stay up anymore.
The leak is internal to the lift gate. It drips from between the glass and plastic. Not that I would say it is impossible. Also, no, I have not backed into anything.
Not sure. I pulled the center brake light an put a little silicone around the bolt hole seals and the hole for the plug. I'm not sure that is where it is leaking. I'm concerned it may be the seal around the glass.
Next time it rains I will check.
For the radar cruise control, making you resume after even a short period of time is a good safety thing.
Imagine someone sitting in their car stopped in traffic, feet not on the pedals. They decide to get out to look at traffic from the side of the road thinking the car is in park. At that...
I have had water leaking in the lift gate window, I think. I have seen water on the back cargo floor and once on the third row seat back. It seems to come from the trim around the window not off the window. Has anyone had this issue? Looking for advise before l take apart the lift gate.
I had my big Thule box on for vacation last week. It attached to the Mazda bars fine. With it as far forward as I could put it I had two issues:
1. It would touch the antenna unless it was perfectly centred with the molded center groove on the bottom of the box.
2. I had to adjust the tailgate...
I am in the US. I called the local dealer service department yesterday and was told the 70 update is not available yet for the CX-9. 'Call back later next month'
On our 2018 the Mazda wiring was plug and play. And well worth it. No running wires up front or taking out the tail lights. Just removing most of the back interior.
We looked at the outback(ascent not on sale yet), santa fe, explorer, and even a Pacifica hybrid. Guess what we got? A GT AWD in red. No comparison. It is what my wife wanted. And I know she made the right decision.
Sorry, more questions.
Do you know what the circled connectors are for? I am assuming the one with the 1 next to it out the original USB cable? What is the circled port on the back of the AUX hub?
