Most likely a battery issue. Take CX9 to auto parts for a load test. Today's batteries seem to fail at once rather than getting weak. If it truned over with a jump it likely a battery.

Our 2017 GT had halogens, we converted to Led's and a big improvement in vision and backup camera clarity.

Good price on GT with that MSRP. FWD should be at least $1,700 less as well as better fuel economy and more reliable if AWD is not needed.

Had same noise with our 2017 at 12K miles. I took front brakes apart and lubed pins, shims and tabs with grease. they were quiet for only 1k miles. Took to dealer and they replaced front pads with "reformulated pads" under warranty. No problems since, now with 29k.
