If dealer checked everything else, like sway bar links, tie rod, control arm, etc. then It sounds like the front strut support mount, I would take a look at that.

I think these type of stands are good for Tesla owners, where the cars are heavy, low profile and they only have limited number of jack points along the sides because of the large battery in the middle.
