you don't need to tear apart the dash my friend...only take the trim over the glove box (CAREFULLY) then you'll see two screws take them off and there goes your HeadUnit...

well...my 3 does the "clump" sound when I took off at slows speed from parking. As if the calipers were stuck and then un-stuck. Does this same noise when shifting from reverse to drive and accelerating...Don't know...

I went to Wal-Mart and found a FRAM (# CA5595) replacement filter for the Mazda3 2004 2.0L...so I got it. When I got home I tried to replace it and guess what. It was way smaller than my stock filter. Here's my question...
