Just put a set of these on our CX-5 so far pretty happy as well. It's kinda funny I had it narrowed down to the same contenders and also run winters so I didn't think the CC2 with it's other trade offs made as much sense.
I'd probably restart Mazda Connect (hold back+mute+nav for 10 seconds), restart the iPhone, and forget the car under settings on the iPhone. Then try it again.
Checked the invoice and it looks like the part for the shift knob was $121.92. When my wife told me it was under $200 including the oil change I was actually surprised.
I've experienced this on my '17. Based on years of experience driving a manual I would say this is due to the tq converter being locked as it feels like being in 1st at parking lot speed but not letting out the clutch at all. My bet is it's somewhat normal and just Mazda's expanded use of the...
It sounds to me like the OP has a cd drive, which is intended to be connected to a computer, not a cd player with audio output. That is not going to work in this case in my opinion. You need to get a cd player designed to output audio with a headphone jack. Or like many others have said rip your...
Honestly the VW could use a bit more power also. I feel like the R-Line should come with the non b-cycle 2.0T like they use in many other vehicles. It has a few different variations in power but something closer to the 250 HP mark would make a world of difference IMO.
I recently discovered some of our local BP stations have it for premium. Ive been using it in the GTI for the last month and saw as high as 38 MPG! Dont really get over low 30s on 10% ethanol. The station I used previously changed owners and is no longer top tier.
So one thing I find works is to leave it off when I its not raining and then enable auto when it is and just let or adjust speed. At least if the initial activation lag is the issue. This is one thing I notice is better with the VW.
I think the CX-5 auto wiper works fine for the most part. Like I said I do think they work a little better in my 18 GTI but its not night and day or anything like with the infotainment system or backup camera.
Similarly the radar cruise also works better but in that case its also not a huge...
Interesting. I mean I do think the system in my VW works a little better. My guess is theyre using something from Bosch? I never really thought of Denso as a discount supplier though. Arent they a subsidiary of Toyota?
Discounts arent a sustainable way to gain market share, Nissan is learning this, and Mazda is probably too small to even afford to try.
Their advertising strategy is odd for sure.
I would also add 2.5 litre is a practical upper limit for a 4 cylinder engine. And if you do some studying on how Skyactiv works you will discover a larger displacement (I6 or V6) is impractical. As a result they used a turbo. With SkyactivX however the constraints are different and it sounds...
I think my point is still not getting across. If Mazda intended to give us a technology choice not a power choice wed have two engines with similar performance but we dont. That would probably be NA 2.5 or a turbo 1.5 or 2.0. Honestly doing that would not make sense as most consumers dont...
