I have the two-piece Weathertech liner. If you wish to use the rear seat, just disconnect the smaller portion of the liner that corresponds to the back of the third row seats. The truck was traded, but I still have it. The redesigned Weathertech is now all one piece.
I also have a 20" OEM...
Has anybody here with severee brake judder on a hot rotor been able to get away with replacing only the front rotors to eliminate the problem, or is the culprit the rear rotors as well. Just trying to decide whether to order the Centrix fronts, or order the rears as well. There may be higher end...
My CX9 is also ready for brake work, again. The dealer repaced the fronts at 30K under warranty for warpage. Now warped again at 38K. I've got a new set of OE pads front and rear sitting in the garage, but I'll need new front rotors, minimum, maybe even rears.
To the member shooting...
You really wouldn't have to swap out the seat, ASSUMING the electrical harness under the seat has the connection for the memory seat switch. Basically you would order the panel for the GT from your parts department, and swap it out for the panel on yours that omits the "set, 1,2,3" switch...
Yeah, it's one of Mazda's more "endearing" qualities.
S***, I had the driver side mirror replaced a while back (after a two month backorder), and the replacement is no better than the original.
I'm willing to try the "remove, grease, and replace" method. Can somebody post how to remove the...
Sorry to hear about your loss. As others have indicated, the Carfax report may or may not follow the car, but either way, any experienced dealer manager will spot the work, especially if the hood was painted. All they have to do is run their finger down the crease closest to your windshield, and...
Sorry, but I'm not getting anywhere with these instructions. They refer to a programming button to be pressed for various amounts of time in conjunction with pressing the brake pedal. I assumed they were talking about the transmitter, but they are not. Pressing the transmitter is mentioned much...
Hey everybody,
I just got the TSB done for the remote start. Now, the HVAC controls come on and stay on once the engine is remotely started. One question. I remember a while back somebody stating they were able to get the dealer to reprogram their remote start to a 20 or 30 minue interval, not...
Free oil change ain't good enough. Personally, I do my own oil changes. The dealer touches my car only as a last resort for warranty work, or work beyond my expertise.
Let them install the Yokohama's. THEN, let them know you want $100 knocked off the total invoice for your troubles and the...
What I see with your new vehicle really bothers me. It's obviously the result of sitting out in adverse elements for too long. If water damage has occurred with this vehicle prior to ever being titled, there would be no salvage title. The manufacturer or dealer is under no obligation to disclose...
If you actually live in Colorado (as your user name implies), I'm stunned that you're satisfied with the winter performance of your OEM Bridgestones.
C'mon, dig into those deep pockets and get yourself a set of Yokohama Parada's in the OEM size, and your CX9 will thank you. If you can afford...
I believe the the Smartkey can only be dealer programmed. Some makes allow the programming of a spare in the proximity of an already programmed keyfob, but not Mazda.
Given enough time and mileage, the Ford throttle body on our vehicles will probably exceed a 20% fail rate. Well, at least you know what the problem is.
The Envigor is newer generation silica based low-rolling-resistance compound (I just had a set put on my 2009 Honda Fit). In the 20" size, the Envigor costs about $30 more per tire than the Parada, but I don't think it can match the winter performance of the Parada, though it will have a...
That's just plain proof that some people deserve to be taken out during the commission of their crimes. No police, no judge, no jury, just the cost of ammunition.
Sorry for your troubles. If the camera body can be purchased separately, your damage should be a lot less than the quoted price.
They don't look bad. My money says the Parada will fare better overall. High end Hankook usually doesn't equate to high end Michelin or Yokohama. MSRP on these Hankook tires is ridiculously high.
I'd be more inclined to consider them if they were available in 20" OE, and only at the $150 price...
