We have a house on the end of our block that they just moved out of one day. No warning or anything, has just sat abandoned with the bank doing nothing to it. I'm interested to see when it goes up for sale or gets taken care of.

Most banks will hand over the title to the seller ahead of time. You pay off the loan to the bank and they'll refund any extra to the seller. He can then sign off the title to you immediately. At least that's how it worked for me when I bought my speed.

Nope, they only share the blocks. To swap in a NA 3 motor you'd have to replace ecu and everything. I've seen a few blocks floating around for $2-3k. My biggest question is how much other internal damage was done to the engine. You'd wanna figure on doing rods and pistons as well. It's a good...

My speed3 was actually cheaper than my 3 to insure by a few bucks. I'll never really understand insurance companies.

Carfax didn't show anything after my speed being hit twice. Even after the time it took $6k to repair.
