If someone replies to a thread you are watching, or send you a private message, your mobile device or browser gets an instant notification, the same way you get emails. You can also disable emails so you only get push notifications.

I enabled push notifications on the site. It will work with most popular browsers, except Safari on iOS. If you are on a supported browser (Chrome, Mozilla, ...) you can enable push notifications (even on desktop) in your user preferences. If you are on Safari + iOS, feel free to install...

If you have issues with the new site reach out to Antoine or me by PM or by the contact us. We've done basic test so it should work as expected, but we probably missed something. Also the indexes are still running so search won't work properly until it completes.

Note to all, things don't get deleted for difference of opinion. Things get deleted if they're deemed detrimental to the site. That interpretation is up to mods and admins, and at times people will disagree. And should that happen I kindly implore those of that opinion to exercise their right...
