Just FYI, boost creep only occurs at higher rpm levels and is caused by the exhaust volume overwhelming the wastegate's ability to flow. There is no possibility EVER of creeping at low RPMs. Even with a stock wastegate port size, the ATP 2871r which is a considerably larger turbo, does not begin...
it wasnt boost creep... it was overboost caused by colder weather. Note to you, manual boost controller do not adjust for atmospheric changes. boost creep is caused by insufficient wastegate flow, overboosting is caused by the boost controller itself.
hey jackass... you jacked up the boost to 20 pound without a tune. you were asking for it. The turbo didnt help you blow up, the user did. BTW that car ran perfectly fine and made great power for 2 years before your dumbass ****** it up
Belt tensioner. you can check it with a 10 mm wrench. there are 3 marks on the tensioner. Turing clockwise should only go past 2 of the 3 marks, if there is any more travel the tensioner is bad
Ummm... I ran no season tires for about 3 months... never again- RPF1s in summer with star specs and 16 inch MZ3 wheels in winter with hankook icebears.
