A Michelin rep told me the Primacy acoustic foam tires would help me a lot. Unsure, 😕 I've seen people say it doesn't do anything but people saying it made the CX-5 a smooth ride and quiet 🤐 🤫 Pirelli is good too. But they don't have acoustic tires for my size... 😞

I switched from A36 to Pirelli Scorpion as plus 3, at 15k mi Impression - more quiet, better handling in snowy conditions, would recommend To me personally the car became a bit "wobbly", but that is regarded as being more comfortable by most people. I liked A36 hard precision.

If you're referring to the Pirelli A/S Plus 3 people are mentioning ... They are definitely not a 'snow' tire. Much safer to check with tires that have a 3PMSF designation, for "severe winter" weather. (Even some of those might not be stellar, but I wouldn't want to rely upon a regular A/S...

I can second the Pirelli scorpion all season plus 3. Just had a set put on a little over a week ago and I'm happy with them. I replaced the OEM Yokohama geolandars on the 17" wheels with 2 at 5/32 and 2 at 4/32 and about ~26k miles.

Same for me (Atlantic Canada). Also purchased mine at Costco. They are going on for their 3rd summer in a few weeks and have been great thus far. Seem to wearing well, too. I am quite happy with them.
