    I have a set of front and rear corksport motor mount inserts and a corksport 3rd link bushing kit. I'll let both go for 80 bucks shipped! Both the inserts or the 3rd link bushing kit have never been installed. Normally these go for 97 bucks plus shipping.

    I've replaced the mount several times on several different proteges. The factory lock tight is a b**** to break loose on the main nuts and bolts.

    Its simple go down 1 size in your socket sets small then your standard socket set size... I think down to 1/4 inch is what you need it makes getting that bracket off the firewall a cake walk.

    YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE OFF THE DAMN MANIFOLD! The hardest part is breaking the bolts loose and a breaker bar will help you get that accomplished. Edit: Here is my "trick" for the firewall bracket...

    They just fatigue and break over time for me.. No dumping the clutch or burn outs. The tires do break loose from time to time in 2nd gear.

    The only way to know for certain is to run each VIN through the DMV.. I don't know anyone that has that access nor the time to do that.
