Eh I take my alt out from the top.. gotta move crap off the firewall and wiggle it around a bit but it will come out through the top.. I've done two that way
I liek the black flares on yellow but man.. had anyone tried looking for larger fender flares? Those look to be to small and don't really fit the natural arch of the car. They would look 10 time better if they were teh right size.
I dont know if these would look any better or not...
I'm intersted but it really comes down to timing for me when you guys start this. The last time i had the cash flow you stopped making them literally a few days before i tried to order one and didnt have any in stock except T3.
couldnt you also find a different exhaust housing maybe for the turbo? I know you can go from a T25 flange to a v band setup with a new exhaust housing... but i do not know if that option is available with your turbo or not.
I say its luck of the draw on coil packs. the OEM ones went around 45-50k ish... napa went about 5k later, got a replacement it went, got another it went(3 sets total in less then 20k).. so gave up and have well over 60k on my autozone coil packs...
np, yep there is less to it then you would think. However you should watch this video to give you a little more insight.

adjust your exhuast hangers tell it fits properly.. slide them from side to side. once you find the sweet spot, secure it down with little clamps to prevent the exhaust hangers from shifting side to side.
check your intake tube for oil.. a lot of the times a PCV will go bad and cause high oil consumption. My neighbors golf went through 2 quarts in 1.5k miles due to a back PCV. Changed that out and 5-7k miles later haven't had to add any oil.
