no I wouldn't go that far. if I remember correctly they are fairly stiff they may go that far when pulling, but will rebound back into the boot the idea isto make sure that they are making good contact with the plugs when installed

reach in the coils with a pair of needle nose pliers, and pull on the spring just be careful not to pull it too hard

I would dyno again just for fun, but with a 7 month old son, and a new sentra project my time, and money is limited so anytime I can get away I really have to make it count. I'll be lucky if I can make it out to 2-3 auto-x, and maybe once to PRP

I don't think its too big of a deal, but I wouldn't use anti seize on the wheel studs. if they were severely rusted I might use a little pblaster
