Astonishing find! Front Sway Bar Links

I think that the stock endlinks would fit just fine. Someone else might know for sure though.

SCCA Auto-X Rules: Read This First, Then Ask Questions

I have a 2003 Protege ES and am trying to stay in the ST class. I just want to confirm that I can put the Mazda6 front brakes on my car and not get bumped up a class. I've looked and am pretty sure that I can but I just want to make sure.

    awr mounts Crazy vibration!!!!!!

That's what I thought to but it didn't work. Had to take off the black mount that bolts to the transmission and use a spreader to spread it so that the mount would line up. It was a real pain.

    awr mounts Crazy vibration!!!!!!

Not at all. I thought that would be one of the easier ones but was I wrong. Thank god my friends dad and grandfather were available because if they weren't I would have been screwed.

I have all of them but the rear, waiting to install, and my car does vibrate. It's not too bad but much more then stock.

    blacked out badges???

If you spray a coat or two of primer the paint will stick much better and will most likely not chip off. I had the same issue but once primed they are still holding strong after probably 20 or so washes.

Astonishing find! Front Sway Bar Links

I installed the Escape front endlinks on my 03 Protege ES and they worked great. The only thing that didn't work right was the grease fitting wouldn't fit between the top of the endlink and the strut. Only minor but besides that they are great especially with the RacingBeat front sway bar.

    Weird ABS issue

Two weeks when I was parking my car on the side of the street, I drover up on the slanted curb and when I hit my brakes ABS kicked in. At first I thought that there could have been a patch of ice on the curb. I wasn't going fast and I definitely wasn't slipping or anything. It did it to me again...

    changing tranny oil

As far as I know its the stock tranny. I looked at the picture somebody posted of the two bolts and the bolt I used is in between the two. Who knows, all I know is that the fluid drained out of it.

    changing tranny oil

Guess I used a different drain bolt because it definitely wasn't 23mm. I could fit the socket that I used for the drain bolt into a 23mm socket.

    changing tranny oil

Only the fill plug is 23mm. The drain plug is between 10-13mm, I can't remember. It is on the bottom of the tranny so no matter what angle oil should still come out. When I changed mine I had the front of the car on jack stands and it drained fine.

Here's one after I just got done washing and waxing it. Unfortunately it's going to rain tonight and tomorrow but I needed to get the salt off and put a fresh coat of wax on.

    changing tranny oil

The fill plug is the huge 23mm bolt above the sensor like BOOSTR said. I got to it underneath so after you jack it up you should be fine.

The drain plug is the black thing on the bottom right of the diagram.

    changing tranny oil

The fill plug is 23mm and the drain plug is 13mm? I'm not sure on the drain plug, but I do know that it is much smaller then the fill.
