    Mazda5 sound deadening complete

Sorry, can't remember. Probably 1 pound though, because I was able to get it behind the door cards pretty easily.

My New 2013 Mazda5 GT - Stereo Upgrade Time

Don't know where you're buying them, but they cost about $125. There's one on Crutchfield right now at that price.

My New 2013 Mazda5 GT - Stereo Upgrade Time

Redwolf is a new generic Chinesium interface company. But then, pretty much everything is Chinesium, so there's that. I have purchased a few of their harnesses because they're cheap. And so far, they've all worked. I did have to repin the one in my Silverado to make it work, but it's got the...

My New 2013 Mazda5 GT - Stereo Upgrade Time

I used the PAC for a little over a year , and then it started flaking out on me (started failing right outside of the warranty, obviously). That's when I upgraded to the Maestro. Hopefully your PAC will last a little longer than mine did.

And for people worrying about changing the main clock on the dash center display screen, the clock has its own separate buttons. Look above the radio in my picture, they're right there.

My New 2013 Mazda5 GT - Stereo Upgrade Time

Use the iDataLink Maestro RR. It absolutely is the interface you want. You just have to make sure the radio you choose is compatible with it. Is it more expensive than the PAC? Yes. But it's worth the extra couple of bucks. With the Maestro, you get full gauges right on the radio screen. That...

Get on that. They're easy. And for the ATF, you'll need to drop the pan, clean the magnet, and change the filter.

I gotta ask, what happened to Conrad 16.5?

*Unpopular Opinion* I just got greased at the dealer and I don't care

Is $74CAD like 85¢ US anyway? 🥹 JK, when you're in pain, you simply can't do certain things. My wife just had her hip done in November, and before that happened, it hurt me just watching her walk around.

No rear speakers. Aftermarket speaker recommendations?

Hell, you can hardly hear them sitting in the back seat. I truly believe Mazda did this intentionally, to try to build a half decent soundstage. Go listen to any *truly* good car stereo, one that competes in the Sound Quality League in MECA or IASCA. Those cars will absolutely blow you away. And...
