    Shift indicator lights?

They are illuminated when the parking or driving lights are on. Check the service manual to see instructions on how to access the connector for the light. It may be disconnected.

    Infotainment update

Why are shoppers surprised the system is outdated and troubled AFTER purchase? One can tell within seconds of operating it. Hence the reason Mazda has completely ditched the system and won't be selling 2016 CX-5's and Mazda6's with the old unit starting Q2 2015.

Enable rearlights with Daylight Running Lights?

Sure, but you'll have to rewire. Just leave your parking lights on, which activates the DRL's as well.

Parrot Android Auto/Apple Play Headunit coming!

I'm willing to lose the vehicle settings, but not the steering wheel controls. If they can integrate factory controls, only then will the unit be considered.

    Infotainment update

Considering the cost of the Tech package, it really wasn't just for the Nav... If they charged nearly as much as other companies for just the nav, then I would be very upset.

Changing the tire size ?? !!

"nonsense"... Most manufacturers spec the 245/50/19's to require a bare minimum of 7.5" wheel width. Have you driven anything that have tires running on minimum wheel width? There is nothing "sportive" about tire sidewall roll. 225 on our factory width already have enough sidewall flex and tuck.

    Show me your CX-5 wheels

The red might look good for something "slammed" and "stanced". It definitely doesn't look bad and the AG wheel design looks good.

Absolute best speed for the highest MPG for gasoline/petrol models?

Agreed, tire pressure does have a noticeable effect on gas mileage. However, for my Grand Touring 2.0 with the 19" wheels I choose to run 2 psi below recommended 36psi due to the jarring roads of NYC. Girlfriend's Touring 2.5 with the 17" wheels ride well enough at recommended 36psi. Ride...

Absolute best speed for the highest MPG for gasoline/petrol models?

I frequently hypermileage my 2013 AWD 2.0 and my girlfriend's 2015 AWD 2.5. Anything between 40-55 MPH with no head winds and upward slope will net 38+ MPG on the 2.5 and 40+ MPG on the 2.0. Realistically, 55 MPH is the bare minimum for highways. Also, cruise control won't be as efficient for...
