2014.5 CX - 5 : hood paint issue and damage rear passenger leather seat

Negative. Those most likely aren't factory defects.

    The CX-5 LED Lighting Thread

I replaced my vanity incandescent bulbs with LED's and quickly swapped back to stock within a week. The color temperature and the unnecessary additional brightness made it impossible for me and all my passengers to use the mirror at night.

    2016 CX-5 Can't Charge A Phone

I measured around 0.5A (~0.46A) to be exact for the USB port using a USB port power meter I borrowed from a friend. It measures live current and has a male and female connector with a display. You can buy one of these on Amazon. Take note that this was measured in my 2013 CX-5 and girlfriend's...

    2016 CX-5 Can't Charge A Phone

I actually meant Aukey for the 12V socket chargers (lol). Anker for portable battery chargers.

    2016 CX-5 Can't Charge A Phone

I leave my 2.0A charger in the armrest outlet with the cable plugged. No issues with battery drainage even after 3 weeks of letting the car sit. The type of charger might make a difference (I have a Monoprice charger). I left a cheap eBay no-brand 2.0A charger in a normal on socket in my RX-8...

Do you mean oil drain plug leak? Which is due to improper torque/seal (user error)?

    2016 CX-5 Can't Charge A Phone

The USB port is pumping 0.5 amps AT BEST. Even the Galaxy 5s and iPhone 5S (iirc) uses 2.0A charging. 5V 0.5A will maintain a phone's charge at best.

Please List all Known Problems with 2015/16 2.0 Manual Transmission..Buying this week

The trunk rattle, hood and mirror shake should not be an issue with 2015 and later CX-5's. Same should apply with "front seats bracket wobbly", which I'm not sure is a 'known problem'.

    Headlight housing removal ..

Oh yes, that looks good. Real good. Was the disassembly difficult with the factory adhesive?

    Headlight housing removal ..

Pics not working. Either way, great to see someone put the effort in for proper (safe) lighting. I'm sure both you and all on-coming drivers appreciate it.

Pics please. How much of the mounting points did you have to modify (if any) for the Maxima projectors?

Almond Interior - Long Term Wear

I agree that conditioning for automotive leather will not make much of a difference. Automotive leather is urethane coated so the conditioner being high viscosity won't saturate the leather beneath the coating. However, the leather (or coating I should say) needs to be frequently cleaned and...

    Ride Quality - 17 vs 19 vs 20 - Feedback

Very slight difference in harshness between my GT with 19" versus my girlfriend's Touring with 17". The difference is not noticeable unless you are nit-picking back and forth between the two.

Almond Interior - Long Term Wear

They're fine as long as you clean and condition/protect regularly. 35k miles and nearly 3 years on my CX-5 with Sand Leather. Still no cracks or fades, and very little wrinkles (if any). They look practically new.

    Meteor Grey CX-5 caliper color?

I shied away from painting them any color as the brake package looks hilariously small and pathetic, especially given the side piston calipers. No need to catch any more attention. I would assume that it looks as bad as wearing tight and thin Speedos with a below average size package.
