Those are my 2 top picks as of now. I put the LX25's on my wife's Outback & really like them. I have extremely low miles (13,600) on my 2019 GTR but I'm increasingly displeased with the stock Toyo A36's.

Put on new tires. The OE tires lasted till 60K miles. Put on a set of Pirelli Scorpion tires and it is like a new car. The quietness and grip is just amazing.

...I think the nail must've played a role, it's the biggest nail I've ever had in a tire, and I suspect it still didn't fully penetrate when I was pushing the gas. After reading A36 reviews I definitely think I'm a very lucky person, switched to Pirelli Scorpion AS 3, will see how it plays out.

I just replaced my stock Toyos (45,000 miles) with the Pirelli Scorpion 3's. So far they feel smoother and sound quieter than the Toyos, but that might be placebo. Btw, Sam's club is offering $100 off on a set of 4, and I asked the guy at Discount Tire if he would match that price, and he did.

After much deliberation, ended up with a set of Enkei Racing PF01 in 18x8 ET40 with 225 Pirelli Scorpion A/S. 46.4lbs per corner down from 49lbs per corner with OE 17s. Fills out the wheel wells nicely. I stayed with 18s for some sidewall/comfort.

The Scorpions are good tires. I've put about 20,000 miles on them so far and they still feel close to the way they did new. Tread still looks brand new.

This is normally my go-to as well. But the Pirelli Scorpion is getting amazing reviews. Somebody else mentioned General Altimax RT, which I think could be a good value play.

I would consider trying the Pirelli Scorpion Verde. I have heard really good things about that tire. I will likely be going to that one when my OEM's need replacing.

continental lx25 or the pirelli scorpion 3 plus are the top choices that Tirerack will recommend, at least for 19" Discount tire currently has a nice discount on the Pirellis.
