Oil changes at a dealer and warranties arent correlated in any way. Id forgo a warranty if I was forced to have all maintenance and repairs done at a stealership.

The eBay MV filters look EXACTLY like the one posted above bought from the dealer. I have one in my hand currently. Everything is the same, simply because thats what they are, Mazda Value Line, and they work just as good as the rest of them.
