Thats a very clean install. Looks like your Alpine amp was a perfect fit under the seat. I also like the mounting location for the front tweeters. Did you get any bass rolloff on your sub system? If so, does the DQ-61 bring back the low end bass that is cut off from the factory EQ?

Jrod...Like RLCarrington had stated earlier, the TAU is probably built into the head unit for the 2014 CX-5. Heres a picture of a CX-5 head unit that I found on Ebay.

Thats a great question. I didnt take the amp cover off but from what I can tell, the connectors on the bose amp are too small for the PAC harness. That would of been nice it we were able to connect the PAC from there.

I didnt feel the need to mount my amplifier under the seat. It's heavy enough that it wouldn't slide around on the carpet. I also like be able to pull out the amplifier from under the seat to make adjustments if needed. I had a buddy who velcroed his amplifier to the carpet in a different car...

Looks like Im having the same problem with my 2016 GT 4000mi CX-5. Squeaking happens when the car slowly rolls after releasing the brake pedal. Im going to try to take off the wheels and see if anything is stuck on my brakes.
