The engine I pulled I parted it out and lifted the short block with the tranny out the top... I dropped the entire new engine and tranny from the top... I just have 2 floor jacks and a jack ;)... Fun fun with no space or I mean little space...

lol i was unbolting everything to get the whole block and tranny out... flew solo... probably made a few mistakes lol hopefully once on the road and driveable id know that i did this whole thing myself :).. if not then i just wasted a lot of time andmoney lol smh

after and hour break to clear my head went back into the car and the gears were normal... but the clutch pedal was super loose again.. guessing i still had a rather large air bubble in the system when i though i had bled it alrdy.. so back to bleeding the system again.... had me nervous about...

fluid level is full and i tried pumping the clutch some more... still stuck, i even try forcing the shifter with the car off and its not disengaging.

i went to put my car into reverse to back out of the garage so i can go get an alignement... once i went into reverse... the car stalled.. now the shifter is stuck in reverse and with me laying on the brakes and ebrake the car want to still drive in reverse with the car off and battery unplugged...

Started the new engin yesterday finally... timing was waay off... thought i had it set corrected but oh well alls well :)... now i know i need to burp the coolant system but the coolant pipes were extremely hot for running after 10m. maybe the coolant sensor is messed up cause the gauge worked...

i got my inchannel guards from weathertech.com

no one local... closest was in minnesota from a dealer... i jsut went ahead and bought CS linkage kit with the bronze bushings and seals from SU... now in about 2 hrs i get to go home and try to start the car...... pleasepleasepleaseplease work lol

grrr... i wanted local so i didnt have to wait for shipping lol... but guess thats the route.. thank you :)

gonna get new seals for the axles and i need a new shift linkage bolt... i seem to only find the seals on SU and not any local auto parts store... also same with the bolt.. any suggestions.

:( idk i had to stop last night.. fatigue kicked in lol.. bolted everythign on adn plugged in.. left out radiator/fans and connect the vac lines on the intake lol soo i figured i needed to stop ... and no i didnt put new seals in :(...good thing everything is anit seized and cleaned if i need to...

soo everything is back together... i start filling the tranny fluid... and its leaking out of both sides of the axle... wtf...

the engine is in, axles in, hubs on, most of the lower components are bolted on... tomorrow should be complete lol

trying to get transmission onto block.... couldnt get it squared and bolted correctly last night. i couldnt get the bolts to feed in right. tried turning the flywheel see if it settles but it didnt...

got it out yeaaaa pulledbengine now taking tranny apart to reuse a few bolts on new tranny theeeenn the big drop in!

the one i have is like a claw and and center screw thing with a point... when i tighten the claws grip the outsid eof the hub and the center suppose to push inward just like the pics you showed me

Still soaking the axle and hubs with pb blaster ... Last resort is cutting axle and I have a nother one to put in with a new to me hub

going in to try and seperate the hub from the axle later today... they pretty much look like they rusted into one piece :/
