    1.5k resistor wiring

You can hook them both at the same spot, and yes you have the right idea. I haven't ever dealt with that brand, I will try to look into it tomorrow if I remember to get a better idea of the lock outputs for you.

    1.5k resistor wiring

What brand of starter? If it has only negative lock outputs (older code alarms had lock outputs that were both + and- depending on what they were doing at a given moment) then it is quite easy to do. Wire the unlock wire right to the lock/unlock wire in the car. (Can't remember the color off the...

    Eibach Pro kit spring/strut question

I ran those springs for a few years on stock struts and had no problems. I recently installed Kyb struts with them and although they aren't bad, I actually think I liked the stock struts better.

    OEM alarm replacement?

Perhaps check your door trigger, if it is going bad, it could certainly cause some issues for your alarm.

Just Bought 02 P5. Looking to Buy In Dash Navigation. Any Suggestions?

The Kenwood units are pretty good, but they use garmin for their nav. I hate garmin. If you like garmin, then they are great units. I personally prefer pioneer units, I like their nav better. I can't remember the brand they use, but its not garmin! As stated above, a good unit will start around...

Only speed 4 works on my heater!

As of this morning, the only speed on my heater that works is speed 4. I have done the 2/3 flickering fix (the 2 resistor one) about 3-4 months ago and have had no issues since. Anyone had this happen or have any ideas?

    Winter tire reviews?

I have used Nokian's for the last couple winters (dont remember which ones, sorry) and have been satisfied so far. My favorite however are the Winterforce. Don't remember who makes them but they are fairly cheap and work fantastic. I have used them on my previous 2 cars and never had anything...

2003 Protege5 back from the brink: budget rebirth.

I love what you have done! I think doing the headlights in either a matching color to the wheels or black would look pretty bad ass.

    Stereo

It clearly states in the specs that it has 3 pre outs, they are usually in a harness that has to be plugged into the back. Check in the box for the unit, you problaby overlooked it.

Clutch issues worse after new master cylinder

So I think I finally solved my problem. Apparently our clutch pedals are adjustable! Usually hydralic clutches arent adjustable, so I never even bothered to look at that. After adjusting it a bit, it shifts fantasticly! I had a smile and chuckled like a little girl everytime I shifted on my way...
