Check for corrosion in the wires. I had a similar problem a few years ago. I rewired them and haven't had any issues since.

You have to remove your headliner to get to the bolts underneath. Once in a while someone will have filler strips for sale so just keep an eye out for some.

I am looking for a pair of front door panels on the cheap. I will be cutting them up so they don't need to be in great shape. I actually only need the bottom half of them. If anyone has these lying around, get at me, I want to get this project started!

I can check and see if I still have my stock tweeters lying around. I could also work a trade of my triangles designed for tweeter in exchange for your tweeter less ones ask I kinda went a little crazy with my revamping of my system and don't need them any more.

If you were to replace the brain (alarm control module), you would need to program your current remotes to the new brain. Otherwise anyone with the same car could get into yours!

Can always add an aftermarket system for keyless entry. Can add on an alarm and/or remote start while you're at it for more convenience.

I did something similar, except I used headlight projectors from an is300. For a while I had low and high beams in my fogs.
