I got a front bumper from a guy but it does not have the lip, Now i am trying to find one that is used to put it on, if i cant find one i will have to buy a new one. If anyone has one or know where i can get one for cheap please tell. Thanks

i know the difference between that noise but even when i go and let go off the gas the noise is still there, when i let the car just roll in neutral i can still hear it
