    feeler - MSD dashhawk?

I was going to post it in the for sale section, but I don't have a photo with my user name and the date or whatever you're supposed to have. if they're still going for under $300, I won't worry about it. I saw SU selling them for $999 and got greedy. I thought I could make an even trade for...

I was just cruising the street unit site and saw that they don't make this anymore. I just had mine out and hooked up today (CEL pesky sonuvagun). If I can get some dough for this thing, I'd gladly let it go... what do they seem to be going for? Is anyone interested? Shoot me a PM if you...

ok... the subject (the hot sauce things) is underexposed. The whole image would benefit from a bump in contrast, as it looks pretty flat. The blacks aren't black enough. you should try to reflect some of that window light back at the subject so that it's not so backlit. either that or a...

yep it sags. That's why you put some support structure above it.

my boom is conduit from home depot. it's not aluminum though. aluminum is more expensive, but probably better. mine shakes a lot, so I'm thinking about making some supporting structure.

I think mine was about 3-400 bucks. editing is just a lot of time with the cloning and healing tools in photoshop. Also, if I had it to do over again, I'd be more careful with the placement to minimize reflections.

with correct exposure? You just have to figure out how long your exposure should be to make the lightning and the foreground evenly exposed. You can't do 30 second exposures because the foreground will be destroyed and the lightning barely visible.
