You just answered your own question... knock down high spots with a file, use some filler to fill in any deep gouges/scratches, sand to shape even with contours of the wheel and prep the wheel for paint. Its not exactly rocket science, just average body work.

Yes,thats a stock shifter, and thats an HKS Suction Intake, not an AEM CAI. And advise swapping out the RMM. I recommend either JBR or CP-E

A-pillar gauge pods are not recommend due to side curtain airbags inside the pillar. Vent or dash pods are a better choice and safer if an accident.
