    2019 CX-5 Diesel

People here generally don't know or care, still buying them in numbers elsewhere despite issues and I've wiping my ass with 50s so really its just another turd to me, you've been warned!! Seriously though well worth if it means they waited to really get it right. Bringing it and it sucking...

    2019 CX-5 2.5L vs. 2.5T

Doesn't sound too ridiculous but I think spending for status is silly, I've kinda gone the other way in that I find it more rewarding now to give status a big suck it, its driving fun I'm after so bmw has lost me (just crazy $ for anything I'd want from them anymore)..but Biermann seems to get...

    2019 CX-5 Diesel

Ok..what do you think? Big impact(the no show)in the minds of us consumer? No, most have no idea. Still good take rate in other markets (despite some issues)? Yes. Obviously not great overall and if anyone's salty about it its me..but we'd probably be talking about how we miss that little...

    Down side of winter tires

^You have (even my) approval on that..and don't be so quick to rip them off in late March- they're still better than whatever is going back on for summer- trust me.

    Hey now!

    2019 CX-5 2.5L vs. 2.5T

2.5na is still adequate given its mission but just a bit more so in the earlier years before the added flab where its more questionable/lacking in certain situations now. Little MikeM for ya..sharply opinionated and estranged old timer here but right on imo wrt weight and how more of it for...

    2019 CX-5 2.5L vs. 2.5T

For me (new cx5 right now) I'm pretty sure I wouldn't pop for the gtr due to cost both upfront and longer term and the turbo though effortless and more satisfying doesn't turn it into a performance variant. That and i do a lot of driving so still seeking efficiency for the dd. Thrust into...

    Down side of winter tires

Who? WtWhatever: https://www.caranddriver.com/features/a26038430/bridgestone-blizzak-ws90-tire-drive/ Seems like they get it and are looking to one up Mich in terms of non-severe livability- dry/wet handling and wear..almost like they read my post..pretty impressive turnaround guys!

    Down side of winter tires

Do that and you can be completely porked too- winter tires don't save you money but they can save your ass and I'm of the ilk that in some areas of the US they should be mandated too. Mine go on Halloween/early Nov and stay on till early April pending the long range forecast. Good thing I got...

    Live 2019 Mazda3 Reveal

I was fairly sure we weren't going to see the manual w/AWD and tada! Eh- would I buy an awd 3 hatch for 30k with the 2.5na..very unlikely and I actually like the sedan better I think (and I'm a hatch guy)..Veloster N even though its FWD only and kinda weird looking like a no brainer given this...

    Down side of winter tires

That worn blizzak will still do far better on snow or ice than any new all season imo. Michelin x-ice does seem like a sweet spot for me very minimal mpg hit and great wear @6k mark. No issues in wet conditions either, put fiddy on em uno.

Used CX 5 - what do you get?

As for why idk I'm a gen1 fan..the seats, the wheels, the swoop, the drive..just that tweak sharper for me, you won't go wrong with any cx5 really but 16gt is my pick..you're welcome in advance;)

Used CX 5 - what do you get?

Brand new driver I'd say foolish to spend 17 or 18 money but beside that in 100% honesty and not even $ related if my 14gt s*** the bed tomorrow I'm seeking out a low mileage cherry 16-16.5 gt stat. Oh she stacks up, i mean its not a veloster N(yeah i said it..fun car found) but its a beut, has...

Having just said goodbye to my X1 w/ZF-8 I honestly didn't think it was far superior or even smoother- quicker yes but all that's missing for me in the Mazda is paddles, maybe a 7th for highway cruise but I think I may actually prefer 6 to 8 honestly- 8 is more efficient but also more busy...

I don't think I was uncivil.. I'm sure Antoine will let me know;)- if so I'm sorry it wasn't my intent..but if the limit is x(be it large or small) and you're 40x that limit that does something harmful you're a really bad actor, you should be punished, fined and people should go to jail. You're...

Sorry but lumping dieselgate in w/other makers padding numbers to make things look rosier than they are, while related are vastly different levels of evil.. "When the cars were operating under controlled laboratory conditions - which typically involve putting them on a stationary test rig - the...

    Higher Mantaince ?

I suppose- did mine in 20 minutes for about $30- that was @87k due to a misfire- and it wasn't the plug(s) it was a coil over plug that was at fault- plugs looked ok.

Nooooooooo..c'mon dude padding numbers on mpg ratings and installing cheat devices to hide toxic emissions on millions of vehicles (difference in emissions was NOT small) are completely different animals..and **** Elon and Tesla..but that's just me.
