For the first model year of the GTR Mazda included the Nav SD card, then in 2020 they didn't & made it an option. Kind of a crappy way to cheap out on Mazda's part if you're paying extra for the Turbo. You need the SD card for the traffic sign recognition to work also.

Napa leather only came on the Signature trim which was introduced in 2019. All other trims & years have regular leather.

Non turbo with ventilated seats is available on a GT with the Premium package. Doesn't appear to be available on a Carbon with either engine. I thought the ventilated seats were stupid until I used them a few times. One of my favorite features.
