Tein takes the p5 down about 2 inches and no you dont need the struts, but your OEM struts will wear out faster and i had a good deal on them, so i guess ill wait for my rear struts to blow! hahah

205-60-16 WILL RUB. you should go 205-45-16 or 205-50-16 to minimize impact on your speedo and not rub! best of both worlds ^^

no problem pcb! and OP, if youre a chemist like I am, you shoud know that rust is aluminium oxide forming (Al2O3), and alkalin ions such as Ca+2, Fe+3, Mg+2 are catalists in oxidations (notice I mentionned calcium?!) few tricks not to get well rust is 1- Rustproof once a year 2- wash your car...

Looking for people who had rubbing & fitment issues on tires/aftermarket rims I will run on 16x7 rims, +40offset, and I plan on running 205/55/r16, also with dropped suspension (Tein S-tech + KYB G-shock) now.. will this cause rubbing issues? thanks for your input guys

Did a throughout cleanup of my p5 today! vacuumed + cleaned all plastic parts & windows with my Armorall stuff also decided it was time to complete the blackout of my car! Plastidipped the window control bezels & door handles Boom! overall interior. All she needs now is a window tint!

I bought tein springs & KYB front struts only, so my rear struts will be running on lowering springs... ill have them installed soon but im expecting to spend a few bucks to replace the rear struts

because if you use lowered springs on the stock struts, its going to cause premature damage to the struts because it hasnt been engineered for the new ride height and spring rates, so yes it is preferable that you buy aftermarket struts for lowered springs if you're an idiot like me, put...

theres a hole designed specifically to be able to let water out of the driver's footwell if theres a flooding or something like this. just remove the whole carpet, and you'll see this circular metal plug, you can remove it to let most of the water out, or seal it with urethane if its the cause...

You can get beefier endlinks for the p5 from a Ford Escape, I think thats the way to go (unless you want adjustables endlinks) !
