Well, I have a '12. And I do feel like sometimes the seat doesn't feel so hot. But other times it does. So you may have a similar problem in the newer gen. Since you are still under warranty, definitely take it in and have them check it.
The phonebook feature in the '12 is just horrible. You can upload a set of contacts (I forget the max number), and you can never edit it. You can't just manually add or delete any contact. When I got my '12, I also had an '07 Lexus. Even though it was 5 years older, its nav/infotainment system...
