Yes they do, I had a functional one (red hook in my sig). Not Protege specific, but you need an 'L' bracket and a hook to attach to the stock tow point. Sadly, they don't make it anymore (r-1 racing) Look up Konig tow hook. Nvm...

I don't see why not unless the diameter for the lug nuts are smaller. I would by lug nuts with a key so no one steals them.
