Gotta admit, it is confusing to say the least. Why would they do this for traction reasons, in an AWD vehicle and not a FWD vehicle? Why only on the 2.5T? It seems to me that the engine running cold would be the determining issue, whatever it may cause.
How often do you guys drive your CX-5's like you're on a drag strip? I got mine last Feb, so this is my 2nd Boston winter and daily driving, I have no lack of power feeling. Lots of hyperbole in this thread.........
Not sure that's a wise decision. I'm really struggling to see this as a real problem. I've had my GTR since last February, now at 24,000mi. If mine has the problem, it really has gone un-noticed by me so far. And I jump on the expressway less than 2 miles from home every morning.
I have a filling station close to my office that has excellent pricing, so I try to work my stops around being in the area. Typically, I'll not let it go past 50mi DTE.
Assuming you used OEM parts when you serviced the brakes yourself, the warranty should still be in force. There's no requirement that the dealer perform all services.
If you used non-Mazda branded parts, all bets are off.
Funny enough, the dealer down the street from my office shows:
2 sigs and both are 2019 diesels with $6600 in discounts posted.
1 GTR - 2019
No other 2020 GTR's or Sigs.
Well I didn't mean to cause a commotion over this message. I just saw it the one time and was wondering what it might be. No need to break out the popcorn............
Got my GTR in February. I put a couple of faves back in to see if they stay, before manually re-doing them all. BTW, NAV saved destinations were gone as well.
