    Do i go with the stage 1 exedy or go stage 2 spec? When the clutch goes in ill also be instaling a 7lb fidanza flywheel and a welded msp diff. im wanting to do some autocross so im leaning towards the spec stage 2. let me know what you think.. Thanks

    yep, i just passed 110,000 and did mine about 2 weeks ago. the guy that helped me said it really wasnt in bad shape.

    Im running almost the exact same setup as the orignal poster except with and AWR header, i get the backfiring during downshifts as well.. Im almost positive it normal with no cats.

    Yea, i did gatorback belts too.. But when i talked to a mechanic from mazda he said they had been having sqeeling problem with the gatorbacks. So i bought the OEM ones and put those on. ill try tightning down the belt alittle more and see if that helps. I also sprayed some PB Blaster on the...

    i cant tell exactly were its comming from its so damn loud.. lol. All the belts are nice and snug.. Its weird, once i get going it seems to go away. but as soon as i stop then begin to accelerate it starts sqeeling
