Here's a PDF version for you. Unfortunately you won't be able to sort the different columns to see different rankings... but you get the idea. For example, the MS3 is ranked 5th when looking at the cheapest HP per dollar.

Most other countries (Australia, UK) simply have the "Mazda3" badge on the left with the "MPS" badge on the right.
In Japan, they have the "MazdaSpeed" badge on the left with an "Axela" badge on the right.

Not that I condone speeding... but I figure if the word 'speed' is part of your cars model name, you're somewhat entitled to going a little fast.
