It is possible they caused an issue with the active grill shutter, but it is more likely just the computer relearning the range estimate. Other possible options would be if they didn’t reassemble the air intake properly.

You need 2 catch and 2 x trim cover (one for each side, not sure if thebleft and the right are identical or not). They don’t come with the car and should have come in the box with the cargo cover. If it was bought used it is possible they were left in the previous car.
