2013~2016 CX-5 Suspension noises and steering feels mushy

The shipping was too expensive from that shop in Japan, so mainly Quirk Parts and Mazdaswag. Will say Mazdaswag did a horrible job packaging the struts. Quirk Parts had both lower control arms for $185 each.

High Mileage CX-5s - report in

Approaching 136k miles and getting ready to replace front suspension components: struts, lower control arms, sway bar end links. Current links are a bit twisted, bushing on the LCA's are torn. Rear suspension is fine. Replaced MAF sensor earlier this year to resolve a running rich CEL code.

    New Mazda Logo

Doesn't look like a drastic change really, just more the stylization of their current logo (minorly different shape). But agreed with @7eregrine - will wait to pass judgement till I see it on an actual car.

2013~2016 CX-5 Suspension noises and steering feels mushy

Parts are in. Just need to coordinate going to buddy's place to do the work. New: Struts (OE), mounts, boots, sway bar end links, lower control arms, as well as new bolts and nuts for the LCAs, and stuff for the struts.

Shift Switch Replacement issue...Any ideas? 2015 CX-5 Automatic

Ah that was it. See proof you can have a commander knob AND a real hand brake.

Shift Switch Replacement issue...Any ideas? 2015 CX-5 Automatic

Maybe you're right. Coulda swore some late model 2015's had that too, but could be wrong.

2013~2016 Knock noise from CX-5 front

Have heard nothing but bad things about the Monroe quick struts. I opted to just go with OE Mazda struts for mine. Still waiting for them to arrive.

Shift Switch Replacement issue...Any ideas? 2015 CX-5 Automatic

I'm quite certain I've seen models that still had an actual hand brake and commander knob which led me to think it was a 2015 since the 2016 introduced the electronic parking brake and such.

Shift Switch Replacement issue...Any ideas? 2015 CX-5 Automatic

Oh wow, I thought it was in the 2015 model they started shifting (heh) to the straight line shifter. Didn't know it was in the 2014's. Good info to know. I also think the 2015 had an early version of the commander knob too?

Shift Switch Replacement issue...Any ideas? 2015 CX-5 Automatic

Yeah it was mainly an early model year (gated shifter) problem that got a revised part. Later models to my knowledge don't have an issue. 2015 might be less susceptible as well depending on when they started putting in the revised switch. I don't remember off the top of my head. I could be wrong...

Shift Switch Replacement issue...Any ideas? 2015 CX-5 Automatic

Its common for early model years, mainly 2013, 2014, 2015.

2013~2016 CX-5 Suspension noises and steering feels mushy

Ordered parts, including new bolts and nuts for all the LCA connections since those were rusted badly. Will let you know how that goes but will probably be a couple weeks before I can do the work, and not expecting the parts until next week sometime.

Hyper 212 has just always been that right combo of great over stock heatsink upgrade for not very much $$$. Fan Control is awesome. I'm using Aquasuite right now since I have a couple of their products in my rig, but Fan Control can do a lot of the really cool functions Aquasuite does, but for...

Here's my current. Could probably squeeze some more out of the 5900X if I voltage tuned it again, but I hated doing that and just put it back on PBO + some minor tuning. For the 3080 Ti, the 16277 was stock, and the 17594 was with a 114% power limit, +120 core, +1000 memory overclock. I...
