I can't vouch for the seller, but the pedals should be fine. I used to sell these kinds of pedals for some other non-Mazda applications. And about the OEM, they could be OEM accessories jut not for the U.S. market. For example the ones I sold were OEM Toyota accessories for Taiwan.
