    Dealer says no transmission dipstick on 2018 CX5

    Does the 2018 have a Transmission dipstick? Dealers says only a filler plug which can be used for level check for 1 hour labor @ $150. They also recommend a transmission flush at 60k for $300. Thoughts?

    Rocker Arm Recall concern, update done but now CX-5 feels much slower

    ECU disconnect/reset will default to learning mode which should become more responsive after 50 or more miles of driving. Drive it hard for a while to relearn performance.

    I bumped my Toyo 19's from 35 to 38 psi and the steering is a little better as well as a softer ride over road seams. Overall very pleased.

    AWD activation

    Lots of snow this year. So far with OEM 19" Toyo's no problems in straight line driving at sane acceleration and speeds. Pushing it a bit around corners to test limits will kick out the rear, but lifting off the gas brings it back.

    Driving long distances...Is the CX-5 comfortable?

    Some car seats give me back aches. My CX 5 is pure comfort. I am 5' 7" and 150# and the seats feel great.
