I am running that size on mine. No problems at all. Yes, it will throw the speedometer off a little but opposite to the speedometer's factory error on stock tires. So these marginally larger tires will probably make the speedometer more accurate!

I'm thinking of going for 225/45/18 or 225/40/18 tires on the stock wheels. There are definitely more options in these tire sizes than our stock 215/45/18 size. Seems like the extra 10mm width won't be a problem on our stock wheels and the overall diameter of these 2 tire sizes is pretty close...
