True but the Japan filter is worth the additional cost over the Thailand and Mexico made filters. (To me anyway). I have held and inspected all three many times. Not even close.

Bad info you got. The rear gets 0% on dry pavement / no slip conditions on your 2019. My 2017 gets 2% all the time with same conditions. That change happened in either 2018 or 2019. Can not remember for sure which.
The Mobil website does not list Walmart. That is a fact. Maybe they pay it anyway, IDK. Go to the Mobil rebate site and you will not see Walmart on the long list. That is all I am saying.
