I think too few trims is viewed as "not premium". In reality, they have the same five trims as with the CX-9 but with different engine choices.

Also, the CX-90 with the inline 6 looks to weigh the same as the CX-9 with the 2.5T. With the addition of another 90 HP, 50 lb/torque, and a 8 speed transmission, I am going to assume the CX-90 will be much faster than the CX-9. Very much competition with the MDX Type S.

That base number in HP and torque is similar to the Kia/ Hyundai twin. Hopefully it will get better MPG than those, which are in the 20-21 range overall. I love my CX-9 because the way it drives but also the MPG. I have had a 2018 and a 2021 CX-9. In the 2018, over 51,373 I averaged 24.4 MPG...

From the most recent pictures, the center console actually looks a bit smaller than the CX-60. Might make the area feel roomier but I hope it still has the storage area's that the family crowd wants...

Nice review. I have been watching lots of CX-60 video reviews and I found it interesting that some reviews say the ride is too soft and plush and others say it is too firm and sporty. Can you tell us a bit more about the offer of new shock absorbers and also, what are the packs you talk about?

Just saw the video. Car looks very much like the CX-60, which is not a bad thing. The reports from Europe were that the CX-60 was not very sporty. This makes me wonder how a larger car will be sporty. Maybe through the use of a lighter non PHEV engine?
