Yes, as mentioned had the turbo and motor replaced to fixing smoking issue. Mazda replaced the turbo and it still smoked so they did a compression test and determined the leaking oil burned the piston rings so they replaced the motor. Hasn't smoked since and hasn't had the dreaded stutter issue...

Bump. Got some Borbet F series wheels and Michelin Pilot tires and they look awesome (cabpatch) I'm struggling to find time to clean the thing and get some pictures for you guys. It's going out on the road for sale again this weekend so I'll probably get some great pictures at that time.
