SEMA would be awesome. A new baby girl and a new house says that's not in the cards for a bit. Though Conroe might not be too bad. My wife has family south of Houston and I some friends in The Woodlands just a bit south of Conroe.

LOL! I tried shining up bits on my car and my wife's coupe and... it was definitely a lot of work. Well worth the effort in your case because your engine looks sharp.

As far as I know there is no other ECU you can directly swap in. You could go with a stand alone unit and more effectively tune the engine.

We only have 105HP at best. The only Protege 1.6L that I can think of that has close to 115hp is the 2nd gen Protege at approximately 113hp.

Well at least you have 8 states bordering you though that's not much of a consolation right now.

I must say I've really enjoyed reading a lot of the articles. I don't race but I've been thinking of starting off with Autocross and see if I like it enough to explore other types of racing.
