Well yea I understand why you would replace the mount. I had that happen to an eclipse I owned. But why do I find mentions of MP3 and MSP owners replacing it with the P5 mount as opposed to the MP3 or MSP mount. both are OEM rubber (I'm assuming)

OK I've got the same problem. I'm going to go ahead and replace the shocks and struts since they are probably due (100k miles) and then put in new bushings(+lube) and new endlinks. I keep reading about people putting in the strut top mount from a P5 in the rear. Why is this being done? I checked...
