I just had my MS3 in for its service interval and asked about it - saying that there was a TSB issued and that I believed my VIN was in the range. He didn't know anything about it, and they didn't even check despite me asking them to. :(

I'm hyped! Can't wait to see how it turned out.

Where in San Diego are you at? I grew up in Escondido and have family all over SD county - I go down there often. Currently living up near the valley.

Really the only car before the MS3 that was *mine* (everything else has been shared car w/ the wife) was an '82 Subaru BRAT. White, rusted out, seats knifed out of the back, exhaust falling off, blue smoke when I turned her on... so amazing. I miss that cruck so bad. Looked very similar to this:

I average 22-23mpg, but I've done full tanks on the highway and hit 27-28mpg.

I could never FFS this car, despite what everyone is saying - its my baby! I'd hate to hurt her :(

6k miles on a '08, no problems at all yet.

I usually get 22MPG, filling up when I've got 1/4 tank left (any less and it would be possible to run out on the way to work) and thats usually at around 250miles driven or so.

I'm down.

I wasn't feeling Cosmic Blue until I went to the dealership and then I immediately fell in love. Was originally going to go Silver to compliment my wife's Subaru, but couldn't pass up the CB they had on the lot.

08 Cosmic Blue Mica Mazdaspeed 3, picked up on 12/21/07 w/ 56 miles on the odo. Just rolled over 1900 on the way home from work today. Man I love this car.

Already managed to throw 1500 miles on mine in about 3 weeks, no issues to report here so far - just incredible enjoyment and a goofy grin on my face everytime I turn that key... Easily the most enjoyable car I've ever driven, worth every penny so far.
