You physically can but you shouldn't. For the fronts, the lowest you can go with 18x8 is +30 with around -2* of camber w/ a 225/40/18. Obviously, you want a higher offset if you want wider wheels. 245's should fit no problem with the correct offset.

2.5" lip. My blackberry will show you how deep it is on a 10" wheel. If you want your wheels to meet the fender at the same point I wouldn't go with offsets any lower than +37/8.5" wide, +43/9" wide, and +49/9.5" wide. Even then, it wont be an easy fit.
