just a little update....took the car out last weekend and spent approx. 4-5 hours of highway driving....surprisingly both the abs light and the parking brake light went out. wondering if the sensor was just dirty and needed to be cleaned as something became dislodged from all the driving...

went to the dealer today.....surprisingly they were actually cheaper for the 02 sensor than aftermarket.....$202. The ABS sensor was $232. Hope this helps someone else.

if the rpm's jump up that means the motor has turned over and the starter is doing it's job...i'd say it's something else that isn't allowing the motor to keep running....frozen fuel lines perhaps...

someone's got to have had this exact problem and resolved it.........my msp's outta insurance right now otherwise i would've replaced the rear brakes by now to see if it resolved the problem.....

mine just came on as well....both ABS light and parking brake light at the same time.....i thought i might be low on rear brake pads causing this to occur but i checked today and have at least 40-50% now i'm assuming it's a dirty abs sensor....however the parking brake light is still throwing...
